Bei Anzeichen von Krankheit zu Hause oder in der Unterkunft bleiben
1. Mountain railways and ticket offices
- Wearing an FFP2 mask is recommended in closed rooms (e.g. in toilet facilities, guest information, mountain restaurants).
- If possible, keep a sufficient distance from strangers.
- Information about the current COVID 19 protection and hygiene measures is provided on signs in the train/lift buildings or at the train/lift entrances and at the ticket offices.
- Hand disinfection facilities are installed in the cable car/lift buildings, at the cable car/lift entrances and at the ticket offices.
- When the vehicles are not in operation, the windows will be open at all times to ensure adequate ventilation.
- All cable car cabins, toilet facilities, cash desks, ATM terminals, handrails, railings, door handles, etc. are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
- Contactless payment at the checkouts is possible and is recommended.
- Please always observe and follow the instructions of the employees.
2. Mountain restaurant
- Wearing an FFP2 mask (except at the tables) is recommended in the mountain restaurant.
- Signs at the entrance to the mountain restaurant indicate the COVID-19 protective and hygiene measures.
- If possible, keep a sufficient distance from strangers.
- Devices for hand disinfection are installed in the mountain restaurant as well as at the entrances and exits.
- The facilities in the mountain restaurant as well as handrails, door handles, cash desks, ATM terminals, sanitary facilities etc. are regularly cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
- The intervals between filter cleaning in the ventilation system have been shortened.
- Please always observe and follow the instructions of the employees.
3. Your contribution to safety on the mountain and in Bärenland
- Always carry an FFP2 mask with you and wear it if you cannot keep a sufficient distance from strangers.
- If possible, keep a sufficient distance from strangers.
- Please leave the ventilation windows in the cable car cabins open.
- Observe the general hygiene measures.
- Wash your hands regularly and use the disinfectant dispensers at the cable car/lift buildings, at the cable car/lift entrances, in the mountain restaurant and at the disinfection stations in Bärenland.
- If possible, also keep a sufficient distance from strangers in Bärenland.
- Avoid group formation.
- Do not leave used handkerchiefs or masks in the cable car cabins, in the mountain restaurant or in Bärenland.
- Follow the recommendations and instructions on the notices and signs as well as those of the employees of the mountain railways and the restaurant.
- If possible, pay contactlessly.
- If you have symptoms that suggest a COVID-19 infection, stay at your accommodation and contact your accommodation provider immediately. As a day guest, please stay at home.
